This is New!

Alright. This is new. Today is March 24, 2020, Tuesday, 21:25. Today, I will revive my life as a writer. And yeah, make myself productive as I go through this quarantine. I’ve got so much time in hand, to be honest. I often complain about not having complete sleep due to restless work, zero life outside deadlines, and more rants about the things I did not know I would experience at present.

Today is day 9 of the Luzon’s Enhanced Community Quarantine. Believe me, I am trying to keep myself productive. So far, I have finished most of my work deadlines as I try to ensure that I have always something meaningful to do for the next coming weeks. Anyway, today I put myself to learning and writing Baybayin (my long-time plan), hoarded a massive number of electronic books that comprise of poems, prose, and young adult novels. And this, of course, jumping back to the solemnity writing can offer. I really wish I could find the motivation to pursue this hobby, even when everything goes back to normal *fingers crossed*. I mean, this world crisis will probably take a longer time than what people hope for. Covid victims are rising non-stop. The government does not lead at all. They think they do, but honestly, they’re doing lesser than those risking their precious lives, fighting to save other people’s lives.

I wish this ends soon.
